If the government believes it is best to cover up something that extreme, then let let them. Everyone already knows what happened. Oswald was not the only gun man no matter what bull shit evidence they try to feed us. Do you really want your government thinking America is that stupid? If they're going to lie about this, what else do you think they'll do? I have a book recommendation: "I Heard You Paint Houses". This work is about a retired Teamster Union member - he was the president of a local in Delaware. He was also a mob hit man, which is what the title refers to - the blood spatters to 'paint' the house. If one "does carpentry" this means that the hit man also disposes of the bodies. This man admitts to and describes the Hoffa hit. But to the point here, he also shipped 3 rifles to Dallas in November 1963 on the instructions of his mob handlers. And when the news came from Dallas, Jimmy Hoffa said "Now Bobby Kennedy is just another lawyer."

I'm concerned that there will never be another senate hearing or congressional investigation. Kennedy's death is in the hands of the historians and is limited to the information that they can dig up. It is evident that the Government was involoved and covered it up. Why not release the information, everyone concerned is dead with the exception of George H.W. Bush.

I started my inquiry by trying to time the first shot. The FBI stated the earliest Lee could see JFK from the sixth floor was at frame 210 of the Z-film. JFK was hit 0.7 seconds after that and Connally at 1.4 seconds. It tool 0.1 seconds for the bullet to travel. Timing with my own rifle gave me 1.0 seconds min. to aim and 0.3 to squeeze the trigger. Perfect for Connally but to long for JFK.

I next looked at the testimony of the three men on the fifth floor under the sniper nest. JFK raised his hands to his throat AFTER he was hit. Two of the three men said the last thing he did was raise his hands and THEN the gun went off.

The lone assassin theory is nonsense. Since then we have seen many terrorists executed by fellow terrorists when they were about to fall in the hands of police.

The 17 November terrorist who accidentally blew himself up in Piraeus Greece in June 2002 was rushed to hospital where two men tried to kill him. They failed, they were never caught but the injured terrorist Savas Xiros survived and stood trial.

It is common practice among terrorists/other criminals.

But imagine the entire country on tenderhooks after such a glamorous arrest and someone trying to silence the key witness when he's about to spill the beans and telling us "he wanted to take revenge" !

And in the case of Ruby, the Warren commision accepted all that crap !

We need to look at Dealey Plaza witness testimony & affadavits. Numerous people claimed to have heard three shots: one shot, followed by a pause, and then two shots in very rapid succession. Bolt action rifles do NOT fire in rapid succession. The Zapruder film supports these testimonies. At frame 313+, we see JFK's head snap momentarily forward, then violently backwards and left. The first shot reported by these witesses likely came from the left front, from the south storm drain on the overpass. It went directly through the windshield, and entered JFK's throat. The two rapid-succession shots were separate, but nearly simultaneous head shots. The first one to contact his head came from the rear, and likely fired from the Records building (see the Altgens photo). This drove his head forward momentarily, entering near the external occipital protuberance. This missile had just enough time to disrupt his brain and cause damage. Milliseconds later, the shot from the grassy knoll entered his head where the suspicious black triangle appears on the autopsy pics, above and slightly right of his right eye. (It was clearly manipulated to cover the in-shoot.) Due to the trauma caused by the missile from the rear, the second missile pushed his head violently backward and leftward, causing the red halo or spray also reported by numerous witnesses. James Humes, autopsy pathologist, stated that the skull defect in the rear of his head could be "nothing but both a wound of entrance and of exit."

I think there was a cover-up. The unamerican right-wing sobs in my country would give at nothing to have JFK murdered.

As a gun buff, I find a few things confusing, in particular:

1) The rifle - a former Marine (fired Garand and M1 Carbine) who went to Russia (home of Nagant bolt action rifle, others) purchases an Italian war surplus rifle of dubious accuracy (not match grade, from what's been told) and a cheap telescopic sight.

Then there's the bullets. Four were loaded, apparently - three fired, one live. Mausers and other military bolt-actions generally held at least five rounds. The Carcano held six. Why would somebody load a rifle under capacity when assassinating someone?

Four shots... that's the capacity on some of the modern Remington bolt-actions, and I think that it was the same then, too (not sure).

Why a Carcano? Mausers are famous for accuracy... Carcano's were pretty much unknown.

There is, of course, the old gun-handler's idea to not fully load your magazine if it's going to be kept loaded for a long amount of time (springs may not work properly in feeding the ammo after long storage, it's usually used with automatic pistols, however).

2) Then there's the Tippit shooting. Setting aside the question of why Tippit was shot, who would calmly reload a revolver just afterwards, leaving four shells behind? (strange that most witnesses seem to have heard only three)

It's as if somebody botched a frame-up with the Tippit business. At the scene were a few automatic shells (from a .38 super or 9mm of some kind, possibly) when they found out that Oswald had a revolver, and had to change the story - and make it such an elaborate story (he had a gun in a different caliber, had it rechambered) that nobody would doubt it.

Strange that nobody fingers RFK for the job. That could be a good reason for the Kennedy's not wanting to look any deeper into Dallas '63.

Regardless of what the Warren Commission tells us, one thing is for sure, they were wrong. Too many facts pointing, not necessarily to a conspiracy, but to a flat out lie. Unfortunately, there are people out there who know the truth, or did know the truth and were silenced. I would say don't look so much at what did happen as to why it happened.
